Lucrato visits Royal Talens for a guided tour - Royal Talens
On 26 February, Royal Talens welcomed a small group from Lucrato for a guided tour in Apeldoorn. The visit was arranged for Supply Chain by Jan Broekhuis, Supply Chain Manager, and Hilde Schaling, Coordinator Outsourced Work.

The Royal Talens Foundation supported the visit by organizing a guided tour, with the help of Marianne Kraster, a former employee (Technical Advisor), who volunteered to show the group around.

Who Lucrato is and what they stand for

Lucrato supports people with psychological, mental or physical challenges in finding sustainable and meaningful employment. Active in the Apeldoorn, Epe and Heerde region, they focus on recognizing talents, developing skills and helping individuals find roles where they can contribute and grow. Their mission centres on creating an inclusive labour market in which everyone’s abilities are valued.

A meaningful partnership with Royal Talens

Royal Talens and Lucrato have collaborated for many years. At Lucrato’s facility in Apeldoorn, team members assemble and package various Royal Talens products. Their contribution forms an important link in our production chain and reflects our shared commitment to offering opportunities to people who benefit from additional support in the workplace.

Guided tour hosted by a volunteer

During their visit, the group received a guided tour of Royal Talens, supported by one of our volunteers, who shared insights into our heritage, craftsmanship and materials.

Appreciating the collaboration

We value our partnership with Lucrato and the positive impact they make in our region. Hosting them was a meaningful opportunity to strengthen our connection and acknowledge their ongoing commitment. The photo on the right was taken at Lucrato, with Hilde included during one of their collaborative moments.
