On 20 May, Royal Talens Foundation welcomed members of Rotary Club Noord Apeldoorn for a visit combining a guided tour of the new office and factory with a shared dinner.

A club engaged in society

Rotary Club Noord Apeldoorn, with a history of more than fifty years, brings together around 40 members from a wide range of professional backgrounds. The club positions itself as a close-knit group, with a focus on friendship and service, and responds actively to developments in society. Members meet weekly, with this occasion taking place at the Royal Talens location.

Tour by former employees

The visit included a guided tour organised by the Royal Talens Foundation and led by Theo Kockx and Coos van Waas. As former employees and current volunteers, they provided insight into the history of the organisation as well as recent developments around the new office and factory. The tour also reflected the interest of Rotary members in both the operational context and the broader role of the Foundation.

Dinner and contribution to Foundation projects

Following the tour, the group gathered for a dinner prepared by Mijkcuisine. The informal setting created space for conversation and exchange among participants. The contribution of the attendees will be used to support several charitable projects backed by the Royal Talens Foundation, linking the visit directly to its wider social impact.
