Effect Liner is a relief liner for creating three dimensional lines and dots on practically all lightly absorbent surfaces, including most textiles. The liners are available in 49 different tints and in various effects, including pearlescent, shimmer, glitter and neon. The Effect Liners are highly suitable for applying attractive smooth “pearls”. For an optimal 3D effect, hold the tip just above the surface and press the paint out smoothly.
