Rules and Conditions
Royal Talens is organising the Talens’Tober 2025 creative drawing challenge to celebrate ink and inspire artists worldwide (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”).
1. Organiser
The Contest is organised and executed by Royal Talens.
2. Participation
- The Contest is open to artists worldwide.
- Participation is free of charge.
- The call to participate runs from 1 October 2025 until 31 October 2025.
- Participants must use mainly Royal Talens ink products for their entries (for example: Talens Indian Ink, Ecoline, Sakura Pigma, or Amsterdam Acrylic Ink). Other materials can be used to support the artwork.
- Entries must be the original work of the participant. Copies or close reproductions of existing works will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
Participants must:
- Create an artwork based on the daily Talens’Tober prompts.
- Photograph the artwork.
- Post your artwork on Instagram every day (in your feed or stories). If you post in stories, make sure to save all your entries in a dedicated highlight on your profile so we can see them later.
- Include #talenstober and tag @royaltalens in the post.
- Royal Talens is not responsible for any technical issues with Instagram preventing participation.
4. Jury
The jury consists of the Royal Talens Technical Advisors, who will review all valid entries and select the winners. Works containing political, religious or sexual content will not be considered.
5. Prizes
Each prize consists of a preselected set of Royal Talens products (RRP Northern Europe):
- First Prize: €250 value
- Second Prize: €200 value
- Third Prize: €150 value
Winners will be announced during the first week of November 2025.
If a winner does not respond within one month after the announcement, the prize will expire.
