Tablecloth with lemon stamps

What’s better on a sunny day than enjoying the nice weather in a beautiful garden? Eating or having a drink outside can be a big part of enjoying a garden. With this tutorial, we’re showing you a fun afternoon project to make your garden even more cheerful! With some fruit and some paint, you can make this fun and colourful tablecloth to set the table with. If you’ve bought too many lemons, you can always make yourself some lemonade to enjoy on your amazing new table!

  • Wash your tablecloth before use without fabric softener
  • First try to stamp on paper before you stamp on your tablecloth. This way you can get feeling with the stamp and to see if you applied the paint even

Cut the lemons/limes in half and dry them with a tissue.

Shake the paint before use and poor some on the smooth surface. Use the paint roller to apply the paint on your lemon/lime.

Get to work. Take half a lemon/lime per color so it’s easy to switch. You can also stamp half over an already made print to make the tablecloth more lively.

Let the paint dry for 30 minutes. Ones dry turn around the tablecloth and iron for 5 minutes. After this the tablecloth is ready to be washed on 40 degrees.
