IMC Weekendschool - The Netherlands

Wednesday, November 17, 2021

The IMC weekendschool foundation provides additional, motivation-oriented education for young people from the age of 10, with fewer opportunities in society. They stimulate the student’s courage and offer them a strong network. In this way they give them the opportunity to become who they want to be.

We are happy that we could contribute to this by providing the school materials. The main purpose of the lesson they gave was that the students learned to experiment with the materials. This lesson was the time to take the first steps in the process of creating their own artwork. They used pencils, calligraphy pens, watercolor pencils and charcoal.

The school was very happy with the materials and they thought it was a pleasure to work with them. The kids have made wonderful things! in a few weeks the art works will be exhibited in the art institute Melly.
