About Talens Art Creation Decoupage
Decoupage is a glue and paint in one. It is suitable for making collages or decorations with napkins (only the upper layer), cuttings from newspapers, magazines, photos and paper. Particularly thin paper such as crepe paper gives the best results. The decoupage glue is suitable for grounds such as wood, cardboard, clay, plaster, papier-mâché, etc. A special version is available for textiles.
