Artist Stephan Peters gave workshops to young adults at Lucrato The Netherlands
Lucrato ensures a sustainable match between employers and jobseekers with a distance to work. Her mission is to enrich the lives of jobseekers with a distance from the labor market by helping them find work with an employer in the region.
Lucrato looks differently at the work that needs to be done and her employees. Enriching each other, that is the goal. Together they ensure profit and job satisfaction for everyone. Lucrato supports more than 2000 people per year in various ways. Royal Talens has been working with this social company for many years. Most of our products are packed by the people of this organization.
Our help
A while ago Lucrato asked for our help. A large hall of their building was assigned to the newcomers. Young people have to learn here how it is to work 8 hours a day. They stay here for a certain period of time. It is very important that these vulnerable people feel at home here. That they are calm and confident enough to get to work.
However, the assigned hall is very, very cold and impersonal. Lucrato had the plan to decorate the hall together with an art teacher, the starting employees and Royal Talens products.
Creative sessions by Stephan Peters
And this we have done. The very talented artist Stephan Peters developed 8 creative sessions. He gave the sessions in a great way. It taught the young people a lot with humor. At the same time beautiful artwork has been developed to brighten up the hall. The Royal Talens Foundation financed the total costs of this project. It was really a great success. This collaboration will serve as an example for other projects.

Niños de Guatamala
Niños de Guatemala is a wonderful foundation that has set up three schools for poor and underprivileged children, as the education in Guatemala is very limited and of low quality in many areas.
